Pet Shore Trading Limited Refund and Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns:

If you find the product isn’t suitable—whether it’s a mistake in ordering, a change of mind, or the product isn’t the right fit for your pet—you have up to 7 days to return the product. The customer will be responsible for the courier costs of returning the product to:

Return Conditions:

Products must be in unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

Products must not be expired.

Please include your order number and contact details with the return.

All returns will be assessed before any credit or refund is approved. The team will notify you of the outcome. Please note, delivery charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error or fault on the part of Pet Shore Trading Limited.

Damaged in Transit:

If your product is damaged during transit, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the damaged item.

Incorrect Order Received:

If you have received the wrong item, we will take care of all logistics and associated costs. Please notify our team immediately upon receiving an incorrect delivery.

Faulty Product:

If you believe a product you purchased from Pet Shore Trading Limited is faulty, we are committed to adhering to our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

The CGA outlines guarantees for products sold, ensuring they must:

Be safe and of acceptable quality;
Be fit for the purpose purchased;
Match the description provided;
Be in acceptable condition when received;
These guarantees are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty or insurance offers (if applicable). The CGA does not cover issues resulting from misuse, damage, or improper operation.

Minor Fault:
For products with minor faults that can be repaired, we will either repair or replace the product within a reasonable time frame. If repair is not possible, we will offer a full refund or a replacement.

Major Fault:
If the product has multiple or major failures and cannot be repaired, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund.
